Less stress

We all know that the hardest thing is to pick up a book and start study. Each person has different leaning styles and preferences.I will share some tricks with you that may help in studying.

First technique is rote memorization.Rote memorization involves pounding information into your brain by repeating it continually.I'm not a huge fan of this method, but sometimes brute force is required.

Second one is visualization. The idea here is that you want to put abstract information into picture. If you're struggling to understand a concept, visualization is a good technique to start with.

Here is one more technique and it's to write down everything that is important.Writing down is one of the best methods to learn.By writing things down you can record your position and think more clearly.

And the last method is to teach it.You should find someone (brother, sister, friends) and explain to them.I also like this method and I use it sometimes.

That's it for this week.I hope you will try some of these methods. However, they are better than putting book under the pillow, hehe.
Feel free to comment :)  .

  1. I have to say that I prefer (unfortunately) writing everything down. It really takes a lot of time and other methods are probably more efficient, but this one I use the most. Teaching and explaining others what you have learned is also not bad.
